Elle permet de valoriser les d\u00e9marches qui conjuguent am\u00e9lioration des conditions de travail et performance des organisations. &nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame si la QVT ne repose pas que sur le bien-\u00eatre, de plus en plus d\u2019entreprises se mobilisent&nbsp; pour offrir \u00e0 leurs collaborateurs des activit\u00e9s&nbsp;<strong>bien-\u00eatre au travail<\/strong>. Ainsi ces derniers peuvent se recentrer sur leur&nbsp;<strong>sant\u00e9<\/strong>, leur&nbsp;<strong>mieux-\u00eatre<\/strong> et \u00eatre plus performant.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>La QVT une priorit\u00e9 pour les entreprises et les collaborateurs<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp; 60% des collaborateurs se sentent plus motiv\u00e9s lorsque l\u2019employeur prend en compte le bien-\u00eatre physique et mental au travail&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><cite><em>&nbsp;(Source&nbsp;: \u00e9tude de la fondation Mind r\u00e9alis\u00e9e au Royaume-Uni)<\/em><\/cite><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incertitudes li\u00e9es aux r\u00e9organisations, fatigue physique et mentale, sur-sollicitations, nouvelles modalit\u00e9s de travail, &nbsp;stress des transports, l&rsquo;\u00e9quilibre de vie des salari\u00e9s est parfois fragilis\u00e9. Et encore plus dans le cas de salari\u00e9s aidants ou des salari\u00e9s atteints de maladies chroniques.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La semaine du&nbsp;<strong>bien-\u00eatre au travail<\/strong>&nbsp;est l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 de proposer aux salari\u00e9s des outils pour envisager plus&nbsp;<strong>positivement<\/strong>&nbsp;leur quotidien. En tant que sophrologue, je propose diff\u00e9rents formats d\u2019accompagnement afin de transmettre des cl\u00e9s pour rel\u00e2cher les tensions et prendre conscience que l&rsquo;on peut \u00eatre acteur de son&nbsp;<strong>bien-\u00eatre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les accompagnements sont \u00e9galement envisageables en s\u00e9ances individuelles. Cela est appropri\u00e9 pour accompagner des salari\u00e9s au retour \u00e0 l\u2019emploi apr\u00e8s une absence longue dur\u00e9e par exemple ou pour pr\u00e9parer une prise de parole en public.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices de la sophrologie pour la QVT en entreprise<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">24% des salari\u00e9s sont en&nbsp;\u00e9tat d\u2019hyperstress&nbsp;en France<\/p>\n<p><cite>L&rsquo;Observatoire du Stress au Travail<\/cite><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En entreprise, &nbsp;la sophrologie permet d\u2019accompagner la<strong> sant\u00e9<\/strong> des collaborateurs au niveau de la gestion du stress, des <strong>troubles musculo-squelettiques<\/strong> ou l&rsquo;<strong>\u00e9quilibre vie pro\/vie perso<\/strong>. Par ailleurs, ils peuvent travailler sur leur<strong> capacit\u00e9 de calme<\/strong>, de <strong>concentration<\/strong>, d&rsquo;<strong>adaptation<\/strong>, de <strong>confiance en soi<\/strong> et ainsi mieux travailler ensemble dans des environnements de travail qui \u00e9voluent en permanence.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sophrologie s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 chacun et chacune dans sa singularit\u00e9, en fonction de sa situation de sant\u00e9 ou de handicap. En effet, les exercices peuvent \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9s debout ou assis, et \u00eatre adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 tout moment. La sophrologie respecte le principe d&rsquo;<strong>inclusion<\/strong> en entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Autre fait : on sait que 80% des collaborateurs d\u00e9clarent ne pas dormir suffisamment alors que l&rsquo;une des fonctions principales du sommeil est la r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration physique, psychique, nerveuse et intellectuelle. On comprend ais\u00e9ment que ce manque de sommeil puisse engendrer des probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 et avoir un impact sur l&rsquo;entreprise tant humains qu&rsquo;\u00e9conomique. L\u00e0 encore, la sophrologie est une m\u00e9thode qui permet de transmettre des outils pour <strong>am\u00e9liorer son sommeil<\/strong> et \u00eatre plus concentr\u00e9, vigilant et performant.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour comprendre les <strong>m\u00e9canismes du stress au travail<\/strong>, je vous invite \u00e0 consulter la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.inrs.fr\/media.html?refINRS=Anim-005\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">courte vid\u00e9o de l&rsquo;INRS<\/a> (Institut National de Recherche et de S\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour la pr\u00e9vention des accidents du travail et des maladies professionnelles)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Semaine de la QVT : Des interventions bien-\u00eatre sur mesure pour votre entreprise<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voici quelques exemples de ce que nous pouvons organiser ensemble lors de la semaine de la QVT. Mais aussi tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e lors des temps forts de votre entreprise (Journ\u00e9e du Bien-Etre, Journ\u00e9e du sommeil, Journ\u00e9e Nationale des Aidants, SEEPH, Octobre Rose, Movember, Mois sans Tabac \u2026)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Atelier ponctuel \u00ab&nbsp;Respiration&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong>. Pour pratiquer des exercices de relaxation issus de la m\u00e9thode sophrologique (l\u2019intention des s\u00e9ances sera d\u00e9finie ensemble (se dynamiser, se concentrer, se rel\u00e2cher \u2026). Format de 45 minutes \u00e0 1h30. En pr\u00e9sentiel ou en visio.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Programme \u00ab\u00a0Respiration\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>Cycle de plusieurs s\u00e9ances collectives sur un th\u00e8me pr\u00e9cis en lien avec votre plan d\u2019actions QVT ou simplement avec une vis\u00e9e de relaxation corporelle et mentale.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Programme \u00ab\u00a0Ressource\u00a0\u00bb <\/strong>Cycle de 8 \u00e0 12 s\u00e9ances individuelles ou collectives pour vos collaborateurs touch\u00e9s par le cancer ou une maladie chronique, pour pr\u00e9parer un retour apr\u00e8s une absence longue dur\u00e9e par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Atelier ponctuel&nbsp; \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9pit\u00a0\u00bb pour les Aidants \u00bb<\/strong>. Atelier ponctuel avec un apport th\u00e9orique sur les aidants, les \u00e9motions, un bilan du niveau de fatigue et une grande place pour la pratique d\u2019exercices de sophrologie (respiration, rel\u00e2chement musculaire et visualisation positive).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programme \u00ab\u00a0R\u00e9pit\u00a0\u00bb pour les Aidants.<\/strong> Cycle de 8 \u00e0 12 s\u00e9ances collectives afin de soutenir vos salari\u00e9s aidants, leur permettre de prendre du recul, de pendre un temps pour prendre soin d&rsquo;eux.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Des apports b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques dans la dur\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la fin des ateliers ou des s\u00e9ances collectives, je transmets aux participants par e-mail la fiche r\u00e9capitulative des exercices exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s afin de continuer \u00e0 les pratiquer au quotidien et ainsi cr\u00e9er de <strong>nouvelles habitudes bien-\u00eatre<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Je leur envoie \u00e9galement par WhatsApp l\u2019enregistrement audio de la partie relaxation\/visualisation qu&rsquo;ils pourront \u00e9couter \u00e0 tout moment par la suite. Les participants deviennent ainsi acteurs de leur changement et <strong>autonomes<\/strong> dans leur pratique.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Simple \u00e0 mettre en place<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En pr\u00e9sentiel dans vos locaux ou en visio, c&rsquo;est vous qui choisissez.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour un groupe en pr\u00e9sentiel, une simple salle de r\u00e9union suffit. Si vos collaborateurs sont en t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, la visio peut-\u00eatre une tr\u00e8s bonne alternative tout aussi efficace.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi me confier l&rsquo;organisation de vos interventions bien-\u00eatre de votre semaine de la QVT ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En tant que sophrologue et praticienne en hypnose, j&rsquo;accompagne dans le bien-\u00eatre au quotidien. Je suis sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;accompagnement des personnes touch\u00e9es par le cancer et l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-cancer ainsi que des aidants. Je dispose d&rsquo;une boite \u00e0 outils permettant le retour au bien-\u00eatre en quelques s\u00e9ances.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre sophrologue, j&rsquo;ai pass\u00e9 plus de 20 ans en entreprise notamment au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines d&rsquo;un grand groupe bancaire. Je connais donc bien les probl\u00e9matiques que peuvent rencontrer vos collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le bien-\u00eatre en entreprise est de la responsabilit\u00e9 de chacun.
