Sophrologie ou hypnose<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelques chiffres cl\u00e9s<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Environ&nbsp;<strong>120 000 personnes<\/strong>&nbsp;sont atteintes de scl\u00e9rose en plaques en France.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>5 000 nouveaux cas<\/strong>&nbsp;sont diagnostiqu\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La SEP touche principalement les&nbsp;<strong>femmes<\/strong>, qui repr\u00e9sentent 3 cas sur 4.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;\u00e2ge moyen d&rsquo;apparition des premiers sympt\u00f4mes se situe entre&nbsp;<strong>20 et 40 ans<\/strong>, mais des cas plus pr\u00e9coces ou tardifs peuvent survenir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les diff\u00e9rentes formes de scl\u00e9rose en plaques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe 3 formes de SEP.  Mais au-del\u00e0 de cette classification, il existe autant de SEP v\u00e9cues que de personnes touch\u00e9es. Car le v\u00e9cu de la maladie est toujours tr\u00e8s personnel et multifactoriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>R\u00e9mittente-r\u00e9currente (SEP-RR)<\/strong>&nbsp;: caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par des pouss\u00e9es suivies de r\u00e9missions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Progressive primaire (SEP-PP)<\/strong>&nbsp;: marqu\u00e9e par une aggravation continue sans pouss\u00e9es distinctes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Progressive secondaire (SEP-PS)<\/strong>&nbsp;: \u00e9volution d&rsquo;une SEP-RR vers une aggravation continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les sympt\u00f4mes fr\u00e9quents<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sympt\u00f4mes varient selon les individus et les zones atteintes, la forme de la maladie ainsi que le stade d&rsquo;\u00e9volution. Toutefois, voici les plus fr\u00e9quents :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Troubles moteurs : faiblesse musculaire, spasticit\u00e9, difficult\u00e9s \u00e0 marcher.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubles de l\u2019\u00e9quilibre : vertiges, instabilit\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fatigue chronique : \u00e9puisement non proportionn\u00e9 aux efforts fournis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Douleurs : neuropathiques ou musculo-squelettiques.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Troubles cognitifs : m\u00e9moire, attention, concentration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Les traitements disponibles<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si la recherche avance, la scl\u00e9rose en plaques ne se gu\u00e9rit pas encore, mais plusieurs traitements visent \u00e0 ralentir son \u00e9volution et \u00e0 soulager les sympt\u00f4mes :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Traitements de fond<\/strong>&nbsp;: tels que les immunomodulateurs et immunosuppresseurs (ex. interf\u00e9rons b\u00eata, ocrelizumab), qui r\u00e9duisent l\u2019activit\u00e9 inflammatoire et le risque de pouss\u00e9es.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Traitements symptomatiques<\/strong>&nbsp;: pour att\u00e9nuer des sympt\u00f4mes sp\u00e9cifiques, comme les antispastiques pour r\u00e9duire la raideur musculaire ou les antalgiques pour calmer les douleurs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9\u00e9ducation<\/strong>&nbsp;: kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie, ergoth\u00e9rapie et orthophonie pour pr\u00e9server les fonctions motrices et cognitives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approches compl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong>&nbsp;: sophrologie, hypnose et psychoth\u00e9rapie pour am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de vie au quotidien.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:35px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Stress et Scl\u00e9rose en Plaques : une relation intrins\u00e8que<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le stress joue un r\u00f4le majeur dans la SEP.
