Pour des milliers de Parisiens, le m\u00e9tro est devenu un lieu d&rsquo;angoisse et les crises de panique dans les transports en commun sont bien plus fr\u00e9quentes qu&rsquo;on ne le croit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si vous vous reconnaissez dans cette situation, sachez d&rsquo;abord ceci : vous n&rsquo;\u00eates pas seul\u00b7e, et votre syst\u00e8me nerveux r\u00e9agit exactement comme il est programm\u00e9 pour le faire. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La bonne nouvelle ? La sophrologie vous donne des outils concrets pour reprendre le contr\u00f4le, rapidement et discr\u00e8tement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Pourquoi le m\u00e9tro d\u00e9clenche-t-il l&rsquo;angoisse ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le m\u00e9tro r\u00e9unit plusieurs conditions qui peuvent activer le syst\u00e8me d&rsquo;alarme de notre cerveau :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>L&rsquo;espace confin\u00e9 et la sensation de ne pas pouvoir partir<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Le bruit, l&rsquo;agitation, la foule : une surcharge sensorielle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>L&rsquo;absence de contr\u00f4le sur la situation (pannes, retards)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La chaleur et le manque d&rsquo;air, surtout en \u00e9t\u00e9<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Face \u00e0 ces stimuli, le syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique s&#8217;emballe : c&rsquo;est la r\u00e9ponse de stress, celle que l&rsquo;on appelle \u00ab combat ou fuite \u00bb. Le c\u0153ur s&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e8re, la respiration se bloque, les muscles se contractent. Ce n&rsquo;est pas un signe de faiblesse, c&rsquo;est de la biologie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La sophrologie travaille pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment sur cette bascule entre le syst\u00e8me nerveux sympathique (activation) et parasympathique (apaisement). La respiration abdominale lente<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;outil le plus puissant et le plus discret : vous pouvez le pratiquer debout dans une rame bond\u00e9e, personne ne s&rsquo;en apercevra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Posez une main sur le ventre (ou imaginez-la simplement)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inspirez lentement par le nez en gonflant le ventre en comptant 4 temps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expirez par la bouche, plus longtemps que l&rsquo;inspiration, comptez 6 temps<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e9p\u00e9tez 5 \u00e0 6 cycles<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;expiration longue active directement le nerf vague, qui d\u00e9clenche la r\u00e9ponse parasympathique. En moins de deux minutes, votre rythme cardiaque commence \u00e0 ralentir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. L&rsquo;ancrage par les 5 sens<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quand l&rsquo;angoisse monte, notre cerveau part dans des sc\u00e9narios catastrophe. L&rsquo;ancrage vous ram\u00e8ne ici, maintenant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Regardez autour de vous : nommez mentalement 3 choses que vous voyez (3 couleurs, 3 objets &#8230;)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00c9coutez : identifiez 2 sons distincts<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sentez : vos pieds sur le sol, vos mains sur la barre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette technique interrompt la spirale de pens\u00e9es anxieuses en redirigeant l&rsquo;attention vers le r\u00e9el, le concret, le sensoriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. La visualisation d&rsquo;un espace s\u00e9curisant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En sophrologie, on appelle cela le \u00ab lieu ressource \u00bb, un endroit r\u00e9el ou imaginaire o\u00f9 vous vous sentez en s\u00e9curit\u00e9, calme, prot\u00e9g\u00e9\u00b7e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fermez les yeux quelques secondes (ou gardez un regard flou)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visualisez cet endroit avec le plus de d\u00e9tails possibles : les couleurs, les sons, les sensations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ressentez dans votre corps la sensation de calme associ\u00e9e \u00e0 ce lieu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette technique fonctionne d&rsquo;autant mieux qu&rsquo;elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 travaill\u00e9e au pr\u00e9alable en s\u00e9ance. Plus on la pratique, plus elle devient accessible rapidement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Et si l&rsquo;angoisse persiste ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces techniques permettent de g\u00e9rer l&rsquo;urgence du moment.
